Training is a key part for any person working on behalf of Abal Security. We hold SIA training accreditations, which allow us to teach the full Front Line Operatives Syllabus, leading to the qualification required for the individual to gain their licence.

Furthermore, we hold regular refresher courses and seminars where individuals are invited to come along and share their experiences within their chosen specialty. Abal Security holds the philosophy that none of us know it all, and we are constantly learning and relearning from each other.

We have very comfortable training facilities at Abal’s Head office, and have a training schedule second to none. You do not have to be an Abal representative to go on our courses; they are open to the public. Training is used as part of our vetting procedure; it gives us a really good opportunity to get a feel for how someone will react in certain environments.
